  1. Blitz all of the ingredients in a food processor for about a minute until ground up.
  2. Grab a walnut size piece of dough and roll into a ball with your hands and repeat.
  3. These are delicious on their own, or you can roll in some desiccated coconut or cacao/cocoa if you prefer.
  4. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze. They defrost very quickly within an hour.
Recipe Notes

Cooks Tip: When rolling into balls, to stop getting sticky doughy fingers, you can dampen your hands with a little water. This way you also get a lovely smooth finish.

If your school has a nut-free rule, then simply swap the ground almonds for sunflower seeds.
