  1. Blend all the ingredients together with a stick blender or smoothie maker for at least a minute to grind down the flax seeds and apricots and serve.
  2. If you want to thin the mixture to drink it out of a straw, then blend in 60ml of your milk of choice. If you want to eat if off a spoon or freeze into ice lollies, then no need to add the milk.
Recipe Notes
  • Swap cardamom for cinnamon or turmeric to ring the changes. Swap the apricots for prunes if you are looking to soften the stool further. You can add prebiotics and probiotics to the blend.
  • Dairy-Free: swap yoghurt for vanilla coconut yoghurt.
