A Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath, Poppy trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, where she gained diplomas in both Naturopathic Nutrition and Naturopathy. She is as empathetic as she is skilled and knowledgeable. She practises in Kent, Central London and via Skype.
Poppy works with a broad range of clients unravelling complex issues and has a particular interest in those suffering from autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, gut health challenges and hormone imbalance. She has a particular empathy with those going through stressful times in their lives, and her compassion shines through during her consultations.
In her life before she went to the College of Naturopathic Nutrition, Poppy worked in fashion, theatre and TV as a make-up artist. Poppy is a mother of three girls in their late teens and twenties and is very adept at managing a family with different dietary needs. She loves her daily walks with her pack of dogs as well as more adventurous hikes such as trekking in Nepal and completing the climbing route of Ben Nevis. She is also a total convert to wild swimming and enjoys a daily cold dip in her local lake.
Downtime activities also include exercising (including ballet, cycling, running and yoga), cooking and reading.
