A Nutrition Coach, Amber is an empathetic and calm practitioner who loves working with tweens & teens as well as those with autoimmune conditions, histamine intolerance, gut issues or pre-diabetes/diabetes. She instils a positive attitude towards food, helping to manage health issues with the application of personalised nutrition. She practises in Hampshire/Berkshire and via Skype.
Amber has a diploma in Applied Nutrition from The Sano School of Culinary Medicine and is a qualified yoga teacher. She brings the science of nutrition into the kitchen with tailored recipes and on a practical level constructs shopping lists, builds your store cupboard and helps to get the freezer packed with a variety of meals and snacks all the family can enjoy.
Amber specialises in working with clients on free-from diets and has experience in creating meals for even the most complicated dietary requirements and health conditions.
She can help coach you or your children into better eating and lifestyle habits, so that you are confident that you are able to nourish you and your loved ones, with the right foods, in the right way that works for you and your family. Sometimes it’s little changes that can make all the difference.
She favours a mindful approach to eating and incorporates therapeutic disciplines, like breathwork, to help find inner balance and maximise your physical and emotional wellbeing. She also offers one to one breathing sessions for those who need to optimise their lung function or support their mental health.
Amber also offers very popular nutrition workshops for women’s health and hormones, as well as for parents of teens and tweens who need some healthy food inspiration.
Amber is married and has one teenager and one “nearly” teen, as well as three dogs. She loves eating in rhythm with nature, growing her own vegetables and getting upside down on the yoga mat.
