Zoe Blaskey is a total gem and her podcasts have been a huge inspiration to me personally – being invited onto her wonderful Motherkind podcast was such fun. We had a fabulous chat and I am so excited to be able to now share my story and nutrition work with the world via this podcast!

This is a chat from the heart – it is for all mums who are worried about their kid’s health and well-being – for all ages and stages – from tiny ones to teens. We cover everything from fussy eating to gut problems to poor immunity as well as child development including dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism and ADHD. I also share clever hacks from The Good Stuff to feed your kids healthy food even if you are a busy working mum!
