Children love food on sticks, so spicy lamb kebabs are a great way to ignite your child’s interest in trying new foods. These delicious spicy kebabs and Persian rice make a fantastic, easy family supper that are sure to be gobbled up nice and quickly.
Kale Chips are a super easy way to get your kids to eat their raw greens as these chips are gorgeously tangy and crunchy. This is my daughter’s favourite snack and she says they are particularly yummy as they melt in her mouth. They are very moreish and they don’t hang around in our household for long, so I usually need to make double quantities.
This is one of my kids’ favourite salads – clean, fresh and crunchy with a lovely lemon tang. It is very easy to make, and because it does not wilt like green salads, you can dress the salad in the morning (or even the night before) and it is still lovely and crunchy for their lunch boxes.
