Lucy Malone

Lucy Malone

A Nutritional Therapist, Lucy has a passion for nutrition, having seen lives change from better diet. She has a very caring approach, and practices in Merseyside and by Skype.

Learn more about Lucy

Lucy has a Nutritional Therapy Diploma from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition. She offers a broad range of nutritional support with a particular interest in children’s health, development and brain function.

Her passion for nutrition developed through observing how dietary changes had a profound and beneficial impact on the health, development and behaviour of her severely autistic brother. Seeing this, Lucy began to improve her own nutrition, again with positive outcomes – more energy, clearer skin and a healthier relationship with food to name a few.

Lucy was inspired to help others in the same way. Still in her previous career in consultancy she began to study, graduating 3 and a half years later with Distinction as a Nutritional Therapist. Whilst studying, she started her own family and her passion for nutrition, the role it plays in pre- and postnatal wellbeing, children’s health and neurological development has continued to grow.

Lucy aims to show people that eating healthily can be fun, interesting and sustainable, that it is possible to find a balance, develop nourishing habits and that there is hope for achieving excellent health and wellbeing for children and adults alike.

Lucy holds clinic in Wirral, Merseyside and also offers virtual consultations via Skype.
