Whilst studying, she started her own family and her passion for nutrition, the role it plays in pre- and postnatal wellbeing, children’s health and neurological development has continued to grow.

Lucy aims to show people that eating healthily can be fun, interesting and sustainable, that it is possible to find a balance, develop nourishing habits and that there is hope for achieving excellent health and wellbeing for children and adults alike.
